JOOOKOOO's basketball performance training is designed to enhance essential skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, agility, and court awareness, helping to improve the overall game of each athlete. Following an assessment, we will target specific areas of improvement. This personalized training will help athletes looking to refine their skills and achieve peak performance on the court.

What is JOOOKOOO’s Open Court program?

JOOOKOOO’s Open Court program offers players of all skill levels access to gym time where they can work on their basketball skills at their own pace. It provides an environment for skill development, from basic techniques for beginners to advanced training for more experienced players.

Who can participate in the Open Court program?

The Open Court program is designed for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner looking to develop basic skills or an advanced player seeking additional training, the program accommodates everyone and provides a space to grow and refine your skills.  Open court is not limited to JOOOKOOO players.  Players from other programs are welcome book and use the time to get better.

What should players bring to the Open Court sessions?

Players are required to bring their own basketball equipment, including a ball and any other necessary gear. It is also encouraged for players to train with parents and/or friends, as the environment is designed to be flexible and supportive of individual and group practice.

How can the Open Court program benefit players?

The Open Court program benefits players by providing them with a dedicated space and time to practice and improve their basketball skills. It allows players to focus on personal development, refine techniques, and enhance their performance in a supportive and self-paced setting.

Is there any coaching or structured guidance during Open Court sessions?

The Open Court program primarily provides access to gym time for self-directed practice. While there is no structured coaching during these sessions, players can use the time to work on their individual skills or practice with their own groups. For more guided training, players may consider other programs offered by JOOOKOOO.
