- Purchases are final and non-refundable.
CAMPS & OTHER PROGRAMS
- Unattended events can be rescheduled if the request is received before the program starts and the participant doesn’t attend.
CLOTHING
- All clothing sales are final. Exchanges are allowed if the exact item is available or a suitable replacement can be provided by JOOOKOOO.
GENERAL POLICY
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date the item is received. After this period, the purchase becomes final.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable goods are non-returnable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for completing a return.
- Products cannot be shipped back to JOOOKOOO. You must schedule a time to provide the item to JOOOKOOO for evaluation.
SALE ITEMS
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days.
SHIPPING RETURNS
- Please do not ship products back. Contact us to schedule a time to provide your product directly to JOOOKOOO.
